My appointment was at 1:00, and I did not get called back for x-rays until 1:40. When I arrived, the door was locked and opened again just before 1 p. m. from lunch. So, getting there and having to do paperwork is not convenient. Also, I did not see a dentist.

He looked at my X-rays and told the tech I needed one extraction and a deep cleaning. I want someone who truly listens to my concerns. So, I am not sure whether I will continue with the treatment plan they set up or not. I am discussing this with my husband. I really wanted my teeth taken as I am tired of all the appointments I have had over the years.

Worst experience ever. Still don't have dentures. And it's been 3 weeks. Told me it would be another 2 weeks so cancelled and making a appointment somewhere else that follows through without excuses. Website says dentures in hours not days. Told me I had to wait weeks. Barely anyone in the office. Barely any patients to justify not getting the work done except they don't care and don't want to do it.

We are filing formal complaints with the state of Minnesota and contacting corporate to ask why they don't have to abide by their statements and work like all the other affordable dentures offices. One thing very clear. No one at this office cares about their job or their patients. Not one bit. They do only what they want to do and whenever they feel like doing it. We intend to push this as far up the chain as we can and are contacting local news as well, to see why affordable dentures in maple grove can get away with what they are doing to their patients.

I had a 9:00 appointment. Got there early and there were two people ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes and left, they did not have the courtesy of even saying to me that they were running late. Don't waste your time here.
