UPDATE out the gate, this was a great place until I received my first set. They were WAY too big for my mouth. It looked like I had horse teeth. When I went back to see the dentist and explained the concern and the panic I was in because my son's wedding was less than a month away. The doctor walked out of the room screaming about what I expected to happen. He started yelling at the techs who seemed to take it in stride. This jackass had me crying.

While he did replace my set to what actually looked like my real teeth (I provided photos of my smule before my accident). DO NOT LET THE DENTIST PICK YOUR SET, ASK UPFRONT TO CONFIRM SIZE OF TEETH. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is the staff. It's unfortunate that a great group of women work for such an ass. Also each location is independently owned, so if I needed repair and there is now a much closer location to me I can only get paid service there all warranty work must be done at the location who made them. PREVIOUS REVIEW- Since they're rather new to Ohio, the first place I checked was their rating on Google. Their ratings from actual customers was the reason I drove 1 1/2 hours just to come to this location.

I attached their pricing and if you've shopped around you know their pring is truly "affordable" but that by no way means an inferior product, untrustworthy doctor or under trained staff! You initial consult and xrays are FREE. From the moment I walked in their new modern looking waiting room, everyone was very nice and actually took the time to talk with me and not to me. You can print new patient packets right from the website, fill it out prior to arriving to really expedite new patient's registration. All my questions were answered and loads of information learned regarding implants. You can schedule your appointment online or by calling them. This is one time when I can say it was worth the 1 1/2 hour drive! The staff, doctor, their cleanliness (not a spot of dust anywhere), and easy access location deserve a 5 stars rating that I rarely award. A special hats off to the xray technician/dental assistant she absolutely made sure to listen and showed actual compassion for me

The girls and the Doctor's were very professional and took the time to explain step by step what was going to happen with my procedure. Showed compassion and answered all my questions thoroughly. Will /would definitely recommend affordable Dentures..

Where do I start. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE!! I thought I had found a great place from my consult appointment. That was where I had no clue that the gaslighting began. They will lie and try and turn it around on you. The day I had my extractions done and they put my temporary denture in, it was so obviously crooked they even looked surprised and immediately said they would make another one, which I had to wait a week for. Every appointment I went to after that was horrible. The front desk staff is rude, the techs have heavy accents that are hard to understand so communication is difficult.

When I would try to explain a concern, they would interrupt me and talk over me without letting me finish. I asked them not to put whatever adhesive they use in my dentures for trying on since I had a reaction to it the first time and they continued to do it after telling me they didn’t. They are the masters of gaslighting until called out on it. If you don’t speak up for yourself and advocate they will take advantage of you. It seems once they run your insurance and get paid they don’t care anymore. I saw a big difference in attitude before and after that. Dr.

Redditt seemed nice at first then when called out on his conflicting statements, his attitude turned nasty and rude. I’m so disappointed I didn’t read the reviews before I choose this place. I will never come back here for anything now that I am done. Please don’t go here.

Offering multiple options for payments plus they ACCEPT state insurance! Reference is Not needed, simply call for an appointment. They are quite timely in response and have excellent time management. I never waited longer than 10 minutes for my appointment. I would recommend them to anyone!!
