Got upper and lower partials here and I am very happy with them. There was an issue with the lower partial the first time they made it and they made a new one and it's great they go out of their way to make sure you're happy when you leave their facility. I wish all dental and physician offices whereas kind and understanding as the people that work in this one.

Everyone was very good making me feel comfortable in their office and they are very kind.

After reading the reviews I was Leary about scheduling but wanted to give it a try anyhow as I need an implant affordably. I scheduled online for 330pm because they’re a 35 minute drive and I get out of work at 230. The next day I received an email that my appointment time was moved, by ME, to 3pm. I attempted to call the number in the email numerous times with no answer.

Finally called the Google number today and was informed the latest appointment is 3pm. Then why the option of later online? Office staff I spoke with was pleasant enough but definitely not the demeanor you’d expect from a professional. Basically, if you work good luck getting an appointment without using PTO.

Excellent excellent office. Super helpful, caring, and amazing staff. The lady that answers the phone has been very patient for the past year answering all of my questions, and I have had an overabundance of them. I had a major dental procedure done, and they all took such very very good care of me and my dentist was a miracle worker. Dr.

Praveena Aluri. Flawless dentist. If I could give this office twenty stars I would. Highly highly recommend their services.

Updated 04-23-25 Again very nice and clean every where I was at today. In and out like normal, great greetings when walking in, awesome service all around today. The first thing I noticed was how clean the office smelled and looked. I knew from the moment I walked in this dentist office takes pride in its cleanliness. The ladies at the front desk were very warm and polite. After getting checked in I didn’t have to wait very long for my appointment, I was called back and the three nurses were outstanding I worked with today. They are very patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable about the product that was going into my mouth.

The dentist she was absolutely wonderful, she could sense my nerves and was able to calm me down and explain what would be taking place. When I had from that visit I was very satisfied. When I came back for my surgery, the office was very clean still with a great sent to follow. I wish my house smelled like the office does every time I come in. Again the ladies at the window did a phenomenal job at checking me in. The dental assistant was very kind and easy going. Again Dr.

Aluri was very kind and she blew my mind when she inserted the first needle to numb my mouth up and it didn’t hurt not once. And I have a hard mouth to keep numb so I stayed awake during my implant surgery and when I felt the pain she stopped no matter what she was doing to numb me back up. When I was done I left with a very sore numbish feeling and had a smile full of teeth. Each visit after to follow has remained the same. The staff and Dr were incredible the office was clean and the smell was amazing.
