Had a 1PM appointment, got there at 12:55PM, filled out the paperwork. Had another guy walk in after me, also had 1PM appointment got to go right in. Sat there for 30 minutes still working on the other guy, I walked out.

I’ve been to 3 other dentist’s offices and didn’t have to wait as long as I had to wait in your office. If you only have one dentist why have two appointments at the same time. No excuse!

Wonderful team to work with. My 95 year old husband needed a consult on implants. He is on oxygen and pretty weak. They provided a wheel chair and helped me get him into the office. So grateful.

Natalie Garber lied to me and stole from my insurance company, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. My allowance for dentures is $5,000. She took all of the money and did not give me what she showed me I would get, Premium. Upon receiving them I had questioned her about her not giving me protrusion in my upper which is shown in the picture in your office. I am older and need it bc/ of shrinking gums. She said it would not look natural. She didn't give me gradient teeth (front longer than the back), which I had asked for and she said yes to all of my concerns. I bought her lie. .

. . I found dentures I'd had made in 2005 and they have all that I mentioned and they are exactly my natural teeth. Had I found them sooner I'd have come in sooner. She just said I'm passed the time allotted to redo them, but I never got what I paid for, nor what she promised. She gave me 2nd tier. How can you all show a picture of Premium and not give them? That is false advertising. I am not blaming Affordable Dentures as a company, only Natalie Garber. She left the room at my request and never came back.

I want what she promised me. Also, she refused to realign them. I am showing you pictures of 1. Ones I'd gotten in 2016?which paid $300 out of pocket; 2. The ones she said were premium, although they are identical to the first ones; 3. The ones closest to my original teeth which were made by a different dentist in 2005. I expect from you uppers that are identical to ones I had made in 2005.
