Overall a good place the people are nice there’s only one person there that isn’t. I was there a few days ago and I asked for one color and it wasn’t at all what i wanted the lady I had has made many mistakes abt my braces and said there was something in the kit that they gave me that never was but other then her it’s a great environment and enjoy going

I’m really disappointed. My son Breaker came in for an initial braces consultation about a year ago, and we were given a quote that was good for one year. At his most recent visit, we were told he’s now ready for braces, and we received a new quote. When I got home, I looked at our original paperwork and realized that the first quote was still valid—it wasn’t set to expire for another week.

I returned to the office to ask if the original quote could be honored since it was still within the one-year timeframe. I was told it couldn’t be. I followed up with a kind, respectful email directly to the office hoping for a thoughtful response—and I never heard anything back. Up until this point, I had a very positive impression of the office.

I appreciated the care and attention given to my son, and I was genuinely looking forward to moving forward with you. But being ignored and dismissed like this has left a bad impression. I’m hoping the owner or someone from the team sees this and is willing to reach out.
