My son and daughter had their wisdom teeth out at this office. Both Dr. Kimberly and Dr. Klein were awesome! In addition, the staff was very caring and attentive to my children. Both of my kids had a speedy recovery with no complications or issues. I highly recommend either of these Doctors.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Kimberly and the whole process start to finish was amazing. When I arrived Melanie and Heather at the front desk spoke kindly to me and did their very best to calm my nerves. Jodi came and got me and took me back to the operative.

She too, was very kind and did everything to calm my nerves. Dr Kimberly was very informative, answered all of my questions and his bed side manner is out of this world!! I would recommend this office and staff to everyone!! Thank you for such a great experience

Doctor Holman and Doctor Klein are very kind and capassionate Doctors. I will never go anywhere else. I had 6 teeth pulled an had no pain an healed just fine. Also the girls that work there are great always ready to help any way they can.

Had wisdom teeth removed and for the most part the procedure end went okay. Scheduling was okay. The staff that helped during the procedure were very nice and pleasant. Few downfalls to this experience as it was nothing to brag about. I am a grown adult and was told my parents failed me by not having my wisdom teeth out as a child. Little disrespectful in my opinion. Front desk hung up on me several times after surgery when I called having concerns. They will not tell you even a rough idea on cost of surgery. Needing another procedure done, I call back to ask questions as I did not want another suprise and they state it will be 6-8 weeks for an answer on my insurance since it was through medical and not dental insurance.

Weeks and weeks go by, I call back and the Norton office states they don't do anything as far as billing and to call the Akron office. Okay, whatever, I call Akron and explain everything. The lady there was soo pleasant to talk to and very helpful. Wish I got her in the first place. She stated that my medical insurance would not cover this procedure right off the rip. The Norton office never should have lied to me about 6-8 weeks saying they filed the information. I even called my insurance giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they did actually do their part and called. I do understand people get busy. Nope.

Nothing on my insurance end. Just a little frustrating when you ask questions and don't get solid answers. I'm totally understanding if you do not know the answer to something. But please don't say you'll have an answer for me and call me back then leave me in the dark for weeks and weeks. I wish anyone the best but was very disappointed in the communication fron Norton. I hope there can be better done about this moving forward. Just want to say thanks to the staff that did do their part and helped out.
