I normally am scared to have work on my teeth but I was right away put at easy when I arrived the young woman Brittney was amazing and helped me answer all my questions so I could be seen right on time. The doctor, Drew, who fixed and filled my tooth was knowledgeable, professional and so gentle I remained calm the whole time.

Plus the sweet young lady who did my cleaning left my teeth bright and silky. Thank you all at AL Shifa Dentistry for your Excellent care ♡

Review for Al-Shifa Dentistry I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Al-Shifa Dentistry, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to hopefully prevent others from going through the same ordeal. Customer Service: From the moment I attempted to schedule an appointment, the customer service was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get someone to pick up the phone, and when I finally did, the person on the other end seemed uninterested and rushed. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply trying to schedule a visit. Appointment Scheduling: Speaking of scheduling appointments, the manager was particularly rude and dismissive. I was shocked at how unprofessional and unaccommodating they were. It seemed as though they were doing everything possible to avoid booking me in, which is baffling for a business that should be eager to serve its patients.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Once I managed to secure an appointment, the state of the clinic left much to be desired. The waiting area and treatment rooms did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly, which is alarming for a healthcare facility. This lack of attention to cleanliness made me uneasy about the overall hygiene standards of the clinic. Quality of Care: The quality of dental care was equally disappointing. I had a filling done, and to my dismay, it fell out within a few days. This is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the competency of the dental staff. Having to deal with a failed procedure only added to my frustration and inconvenience.

Overall Experience: This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. From the unprofessional staff to the subpar dental care, every aspect of my visit was unsatisfactory. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their dental needs. [Dental Clinic Name] needs to seriously reconsider their approach to patient care and customer service if they hope to retain any clientele. In conclusion, if you're looking for a dental clinic that values its patients and provides quality care, I suggest you steer clear of Al-Shifa Dentistry. There are far better options out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve.

We have been going here for years. Dentists and technicians are always friendly. The front desk staff seems to have a high turn-over and we consistently have scheduling issues. Over the years they have frequently called us and asked us to change appointments due to over scheduling. Today we arrived for a 12:00pm appointment that we scheduled over 4 months ago (follow-up to routine visit for filling) and they did not have a record of our appointment.

I admit that it was a little suspicious that we didn't receive the usual 20 reminders or calls asking us to reschedule so I probably could have verified the appointment ahead. It was disappointing to schedule so far out from the routine visit only to not be on their schedule. And, we made the appointment at the front desk. Hhhhh. The frost desk person said that we could stay but would have to wait 45 minutes.

45 minutes turned into an hour and 20 minutes, which was 25 minutes less than the later relayed 1:45 pm estimate. I appreciate the dentists willingness to see us as we had to take off work & school. All of this said, we are not going to be returning to their office. We really like the know-how of the technician and their friendliness but their business operations leave much to be desired.

I absolutely love Al Shifa Dental! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and welcoming the environment is. The staff is so kind and professional, and everything runs super efficiently—I never have to wait long, and they get me in and out quickly without ever rushing the care. I’ve always hated going to the dentist, especially with my sensitive teeth, but this is the first place that made me feel comfortable and cared for.

They’re gentle, understanding, and truly the best dental team I’ve ever had. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care!
