My family has been seeing Dr. Nohr for over 30 years, and we’ve always appreciated the professionalism at his office. However, my recent experience was disappointing. Last week, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be informed that it had been canceled because my hygienist did not show up.

I had taken a day off work for this visit, so naturally, I was somewhat upset. The receptionist claimed they had called me the day before to notify me of the cancellation, but I never received any such message. As I tried to understand how this mistake occurred, their office manager, Becky, stepped out of her office, stood behind the receptionist, and said in a condescending tone: "That's why we call you the day before. " This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, adding to my frustration with the situation.

There was no good reason for her to insert herself in this conversation. If anything, it was a display of lack of empathy, and made me feel disrespected and undervalued. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been to so many dentists and found Dr. Nohr is the best. He finds dental issues with exceptionally deep knowledge and always compassionately explains his approach. I had terrible works done in my fillings by previous dentist which he found it on the first checkup I went to see him.

I’ve been commented by orthodontist and other dental specialists that his crown work is exceptional. All his hygienists and assistants are great too. I’m glad the I’m back to his office after being away abroad.

The man is a rock star! He is expensive but there is a reason why. Whole staff is amazing. I’m a “problem child”’patient that absorbs anesthetic like a sponge. Needless to say experience was fantastic!

I have been going to dr Nohr for many, many years as a sedation patient due to my horrible anxiety. And this man and his staff (special shout out to Suzanne) have made a dreaded experience so much easier. Don't know what I would do without these people. Over explain when I need. Very kind, funny and comforting. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone.
