Today I had a bad experience, My mom and I went to the doctor's office to finish a bridge started 5 years ago after putting a temporary cement to hold it. Finally after 5 years the supposed temporary cement came off. The doctor was very rude towards us, disrespectful when my mom asked to see her face without the teeth in her mouth he said " I don't have time for that" and soaked me and mom with water. He has no respect for people and my mom as a senior citizen.

I will never go back at this place again or recommend to anyone. By the way the doctor's assistants are good and respectful.

I just called and had the worst experience trying to book an appointment and ask questions. I was being cut of before finishing, the tone was very hostile, and I do not feel like I was being treated like a priority but a burden. Then the receptionist proceeded to tell me "its busy" as to why she was dealing with me in that manner. Very disturbing experience.

This place needs to do better why schedule patients for 10 am if you guys open at 10 am & don’t allow patients to wait inside if they arrive early?? Stop booking patients for 10 am appointments knowing you guys open at that time it doesn’t make sense

I recommended my mother go there. She recently did a root canal; it was an awful experience. She is currently experiencing pain and discomfort. The crown has moved more than once. Their professional at the front desk is awful. Albee dental care for this location needs a whole new revamp.

When it comes to teeth, I take it very seriously. I already told my mother to contact the insurance company about this. Don’t come here for any service. Go somewhere else. (No stars)
