I had the best dental experience I've had in years the other day with Albertville family dental. From staff to establishment everything was inviting and professional. I especially appreciated my hygienist Tammy. She was thorough, attentive, and just really kind. I'm elated that this is now 'my dentist'.

The three of the office staff I had contact with were very friendly. But, being a new patient to their office, when Dr. Becicka came into the room after x-rays he never even introduced himself to me, addressed me from behind the chair I was sitting in, never asked if I had any concerns, talked to the tech about my x-rays and left the room. Never once did the doctor address himself to me by standing in front of me and looking at me directly. Never did get my teeth cleaned which was the main reason I made the appointment.

They made an appointment for me to come back to have them cleaned 3 weeks later. Left the office canceled my next appointment and made new arrangements at a different dental office. Would not recommend this dental office. 03/31/2025 Update to the above review! Upon receiving an EOB from my insurance company it was noted that I was charged for a "Comprehensive Evaluation" at my visit with Albertville Family Dental. I called my insurance company to get a definition of what that meant and was told it is when the dentist gives an evaluation of your teeth, or actually looks in mouth, which never did happen.

Contacted Albertville Family Dental told them the facts and they are now refiling my claim to remove that portion from my records so I and my insurance company are not charged for a service that was not preformed. Just saying to watch tour EOB's, this office was trying to get paid for a service that was never rendered. Again would not recommend this dental office.
