Do not go to Alem Family Dental! The service is poor. They never confirm with you for appointment. Sometimes, doctor just cancel its appointment without informing you. It makes me feel that the doctor does not care about her work at all.

Last time when I went here doing filling, the doctor was talking freely with her assistant during filling. I was so nervous at that time but the doctor and her assistant were just talking and talking. Stay away from Alem Family Dental as they do not care about you.

I have been going to Dr. Alem for the last ten years, and I have had nothing but the most wonderful experiences with her. When I first starting coming to her, I had a paralyzing fear of the dentist and really my teeth in general, but over the years I have grown to look forward to coming in due to her compassion and overall interest in patient comfort.

She always does her best to limit or eliminate any possible pain during procedures and has even applied vaseline to my chapped lips. I cannot recommend her enough, if you have a fear of the dentist or are looking for the best possible dental care, you have found it with Dr. Alem!
