My first visit. I was impressed with how caring and informative all the staff was from beginning to end. Dr Nashed treated all my concerns respectfully and gave me full explanations. Jimena( I hope I’m spelling that correctly) explained all the procedures. She should be really proud of her work-I don’t think my teeth have ever been polished so well. I am very happy with my experience.

I went for a consultation and the dentist and staff were super friendly. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. I have gone to the dentist for some time so I was a little nervous but they made me feel comfortable and the dentist took her time with my teeth.

I arrived for a 3:30pm, appointment on February 28, 2024. When I arrived, I asked the staff member what does the fee on the paper include? Will I have to pay additional fees later? I asked this because no one had explained anything to me related to the process. I was only told about the fees for the services. I had not been shown or given any documentation as to the partials that I requested. What is the process of getting the partials? Is this a one step process, two-step process or three step process? I do not work at a dentistry; therefore, I expect you the dental provider to educate me regarding this process.

Instead of providing me with the information that I requested, the staff member went onto explain to me how much the insurance carrier is paying, how much I have to pay and if the insurance carrier didn’t pay, I would be responsible for the outstanding balance. I did not like this unprofessional attitude that she displayed when she was speaking to me in a condescending manner. I am the customer, and I am simply asking if I will be charged additional fees at other points related to the partials, or if the fee that I am paying is all inclusive of the services that I need for the partials. I don’t need attitude from your staff. All I needed was for her to tell me, yes, this fee includes everything that you would need for your partials, or this fee is for X and you will have to pay additional fees for Y and Z at these stages of the process.

The previous dental work and the dentist was outstanding. However, the front desk staff and customer experience was horrible.

Thank you for excellent care. The Doctor diagnosed my dental problems was absolutely great dentist. She explained all my questions and treated me perfectly. The clinic was well managed, it has modern equipment and device. Everyone that works in this office is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
