I know how important reviews are for parents of small children. I’m also easily influenced by a good or bad review of a business. I couldn’t recommend Alexandria pediatric dentistry more! We’ve been patients for 3 years now with 2 kids. The entire experience and staff are incredible. You get text reminders for your appointments. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable with the reception staff who are extremely accommodating and friendly.

Dr. Joseph Lopez is amazing with children and truly makes the visit fun for both the parents and kids. A dentist visit for two kids under four can be chaotic and crazy. I’ve never felt that way. We walk out of our visit feeling a sense of ease. Five stars - highly recommend!

I wish I could give a 0 . I definitely don't recommend. Today will be my last visit. I encountered an extremely rude receptionist during my recent visit. After my doughter having two teeth extracted, I called a week ago and was told by the receptionist that only fillings would be done at my next appointment. However, when I arrived today and asked the nurse to confirm, she informed me that two extractions were still scheduled.

When I tried to discuss alternative treatment plans, the staff were disrespectful and rude. were speaking negatively about me because of the decisions I made regarding my daughter. Additionally, they suggested to the doctor that I am an unfit parent for not completing the school form on time, without realizing that previously enrolled children don't need to submit the form every year. They even called me "narrow-minded" while talking amongst themselves. Although I have had positive experiences with Dr. Lopez in the past, he was unhelpful this time when I tried to discuss a different treatment plan.

Instead of listening to my concerns, he merely instructed me not to call early in the morning if my daughter is ill, which I found surprising and unhelpful. Despite this, Dr. Lopez has been generally good. However, the receptionists' behavior was highly unprofessional—laughing and gossiping about me while I was right there. Their attitude was disrespectful and unpleasant.

My 10 year son first time was AWESOME. Now he’s a new patient here. This will be his new dentist! The staff were very helpful and welcoming! The office make kids very comfortable by providing movies to watch in the lobby while waiting, so it takes away any nerves or stress for the patients and parents.

😁 Dr. Lopez is very friendly and the best! Very time efficient too! I recommend everyone to visit this office. PLEASE DO🙏! You won’t regret it!

Very rude and disrespectful practice manager making appointments , I called to make an appointment. Now I initially ignored her attitude when taking my information but then she proceeded to tell me that I was the 1 with an attitude because she couldnt hear me I have never once became contrite with this woman I fixed why she couldnt hear but she did have a tone in her voice from the moment I called. I will not be booking an appointment here this is extremely disappointing as I researched around and this was the practice I chose because of the tongue tie treatment options.

I dont feel comfortable this practice is family friendly and YOU SHOULDNT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE EITHER. Please have friendlier people making appointments.
