Essex Family and Dr. Alignay are thorough in their examination . They did a complete exam starting with my gums as well as my teeth using the latest digital xrays. They were compassionate and explained everything and gave me options for treatment. They did an oral cancer screening and checked my tongue and cheek!

I went in for a visit in November because I had to get a few things done. After speaking to the dentist we came up with game plan in order to maximize my dental insurance this year and next year. That way I don't have to pay a lot out of pocket. I left feeling confident I found the right Dentist. Well I was wrong.
after they promise they we will email me my game plan, a week later I had to call to remind them. Then two days later I call so I can schedule my deep cleaning. I get an email saying they will check with my insurance to see what's covered and they will call me. A week later I had to call which is today 12/21/20 because no one NEVER called me. They just told me it will take 4-6 weeks to hear back from my insurance.
The complete opposite from what we talked about. They pretty much lied to me and in order to charge me for the visit and maximize their opportunity instead of helping me like they said they would. I clearly set the expectation, even mention how important it was to me because I'm getting married in a few months. Scammers, please stay away and do your research.
