Dr. Westfall is a gem of a dentist. After so many mediocre to bad experiences with other dentists in town, Dr. Westfall is a breath of fresh air.

Especially noteworthy is her great care for patient and worker safety in her clinic during the pandemic. Her office has always been meticulously stylish and comfortable, but now with an air purifier in every patient room and all the right PPE, this is a place to relax. Feels like the serenity of a spa to visit here.

Dr. Westfall and her staff have always been exceptionally kind and professional. After going to the same dentist for roughly 35 years, our family dentist retired and the business changed hands. The new owner of the practice begin suggesting unnecessary, costly visits to myself - Dr. Westfall was suggested to me by a family member for a second opinion.

Thanks to her a second opinion and diligence (e. g. requesting x-rays from my previous dentist’s office to compare apples to apples), she helped save me quite a bit of out of pocket cash, pain, and time. Aside from myself being thankful for this specific matter, she’s a joy to be around and the tone she has set for the office is relaxed and welcoming. Kudos to you for demonstrating excellent medical and entrepreneurial qualities - it is appreciated!

Dr. Westfall herself is great but her staff is awful! They have really gone downhill the last few years. Last time I went for a fitting of my bite guard, the dental assistant did not explain anything and when it came to biting the mold used to make my custom guard, instead of instructing me to bite down harder, the dental assistant just used her hands to push my jaw closed, I thought Brock Lesnar was in the room with me the way she had me damn near in a guillotine choke hold.

Then, the last straw, there was a mix up in what time my appointment was, they had me down at 8am and I thought 8:30am. The receptionist or hygienist called me at 8:09am, when I said I thought it was 8:30am, she replied “No 8am, you need to get here” unreal. The call ended and I called back and she answers again “What’s up?” … zero professionalism, I tell her I won’t be coming in nor will I be coming back to that office, her response “Sounds good!” Dr.

Westfall called and apologized for her staff but at that point the damage is done, and they will still charge $50 for a no show. It’s new staff every time the past two years and they are consistently rude, I advise to look elsewhere for dental care.

Dr. Westfall and her team provide expert, kind, and gentle care. The office is beautiful and homey, too. I regularly recommend my friends and family to her practice.
