First of all, our orthodontist left to open her own practice and the office never once notified us or our insurance company. After she left the staff seemed to change dramatically and not for the better. The staff, with the exception of one assistant, became extremely rude. Every visit we had after she left became more and more difficult to come to because we were unhappy. Everyone from the office manager to the receptionists to the doctor there speak down to you as a patient and as a parent. The orthodondist is completely RUDE and just plain MEAN to the patients. My 2 daughters were always being accused of lying in regards to how they properly "care for" their braces and one was told she had terrible hygiene.
(She had eaten a banana before the appointment and asked for a toothbrush when she got there in which they told her not to worry about). Anytime a bracket was broken, it was ALWAYS their fault. They were always called liars in regards to why they were broken. We drive over an hour to get to the office to be treated like idiots. After every appointment 1 daughter would have her back 2 brackets fall off within the first 48 hours. Obviously there is an issue with the placement, the product or the ortho not doing his job. Our very last appointment was the topping on the cake and I took both my daughters out of their rooms and we walked out.
All in all I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We have several friends that go there and they absolutely hate it there now. The orthodondist is very unprofessional, rude and condescending. I have filed several complaints with our insurance company and they were happy to find us another orthodontist office that would treat us with repect. If I could give this place negative stars I surely would!!

This place suddenly closed and didn't tell any of their patients. My son has braces and he's had broken brackets for 3 months but no one would return my calls, never answer the phone or the voice mail was full. I had no idea they had closed and they should've informed us.
I guess(based upon another review) that they stopped taking ortho patients but they should've informed everyone. Now what will I do for my son and his braces? I'm so mad right now. This has been going on for months and they are the worst dentist and could've told us to save us the frustration

I have been going to all about smiles for about 5 years now. They are the friendliest staff I ever seen. I had braces there for 4 years and Dr K is the best! Fun and always happy to see you! She did an awesome job. My teeth look perfect!

Went in for a cleaning and couldn't be happier. I was brought back at my appointment time. The hygienist was very gentle. Dr. Sam was extremely thorough when she checked my teeth. Everything was explained during my appointment. Everyone was nice and caring. I would definitely recommend All About Smiles to anyone looking for a good caring dentist!
