Do not recommend for pediatric dental work. My 6 year old had a cavity that was filled with Dr Bailey . 2 weeks later he presents with a painful abcess on his tooth . Extracted today , but seems like the numbing meds didnt kick in before she went ahead & ripped his tooth out of his mouth. Then didnt have 2 minutes afterwards to touch base with me regarding some aftercare questions / concerns .

Andrea one of the dental assistants was rude and told us that since my sons issue was already addressed with the Dr. and that they have other patients to see , our concerns were basically dismissed so they can “stay on schedule” . Meanwhile they rush through my sons procedures but all the sudden were taking their time when i had concerns/questions about the procedure they just did. i found this extremely rude and unprofessional as my son was seen for something that was as a result of their treatment and care . I felt there was no compassion for my son and have no idea why he wasnt referred out if they couldnt provide a more comfortable experience for him knowing he has a low pain tolerance and anxious.

Take my visits experience into consideration if you are thinking of bringing your child here to be seen . I left feeling defeated .

We had a billing dispute that was corrected in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Unfortunately this matter did stress me out because I didn't feel it was my fault. For this reason I would not go back.

TERRIBLE. I had an appointment twice. Both times for my 2 year old, the first time we were told to arrive 15 minutes before our appointment At 9 am so we arrived at 8:45. We left at 10:20 am. The dentist LITERALLY spent 2 minutes with my baby just looking at his teeth and light brush. So yea the rest of the time it was us just waiting and wondering why were we waiting so long.

I was ready to leave after 45 minutes. And today I went at 8:58 am my appointment was at 9 am and at 9:30 they talk to me and say they couldn't see me yet because I owe from previous visit and blah blah and I said I can pay for it right now if it means they'll see us now. But the front dest wanted to wait for the dentist to check out something with my insurance so at 9:45 I decided to leave because why the he l l was i waiting 45 minutes if my appointment was at 9 am. Why.
