I would give 0 stars if I could. This office is not the place for orthodontic care. Dr. Yang assured me my teeth were straight before removing my braces, despite my concerns that they weren’t perfect. As someone without expertise in orthodontics, I trusted her judgment.

However, just one month later, after my braces were removed, I sought a second opinion from a different orthodontist. They confirmed that my teeth were not as straight as they could be, which also meant there was a higher risk of my permanent retainer breaking or coming off. I returned to Dr. Yang for a solution, but she was dismissive and defensive, refusing to acknowledge any issue with her work. When I spoke with her manager, Patty, I received the same lack of accountability.

I was told I couldn’t get a refund because of the paper I signed, even though I had expressed my concerns to Dr. Yang before the braces were removed. It was clear that no solution would be offered. I regret trusting this office with my care and would advise others to seek out a more competent, responsible orthodontist.

Initial visit with a male dentist was great but later visits rapidly declined in care, attention and professionalism. All ranging but some standouts were a visit with a dentist and assistant duo that were taking negatively about coworkers during my fillings and it made me uncomfortable they would bring in office drama. Then they had to redo the filling because they couldn’t run floss through my teeth. The receptionists could also use a course in professionalism as there was a time when I was waiting to book an appointment but they were busy flirting/mocking another patient.

Then when I interrupted the girl nearly rolled her eyes and was clearly annoyed I interrupted her. Then finally during my last visit I waited over 40 minutes before I finally walked out.

It's the service that keeps me coming back. Before finding All Family Dental, I've had some bad experiences. I was locked in my first visit. They take good care of my children and I. Extra shoutout to Miss Lupe! (I think that's her name, she has a heart tattoo)she's great! ☺️
