Child friendly lil area for toddlers in waiting room. patient rooms are small one parent at a time (the reason for 4 stars)plenty of front seating front desk and assistant's are friendly the other side of super mall so parking is better than super mall side had some work done on my child and had no bad experience with the work

My 5yr old had an extraction and a last minute crown put it. I cannot tell you how amazing this team was. I saw an amazing team work to make everything go smoothly. The entire staff here is great! I was a nervous mother and everyone was thoughtful and answered all my questions.

A special recognition to Ricardo, he talked to my son and made him feel so comfortable. I was a nervous wreck but knowing how detailed he was on his work and lil patient kept me at ease. Thank you to All Family Dental & Braces.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the consistent lack of professionalism at dental office. On multiple occasions, they have scheduled appointments on days or at times when the office is actually closed—which makes no sense and shows a total lack of coordination. My husband has taken time off work to attend these appointments, only to be told upon arrival that the office is closed or that the appointment needs to be rescheduled again. What’s worse is that there seems to be no real effort to fix this ongoing issue. There’s been zero accountability or follow-up to prevent these mistakes from happening again.

It’s frustrating, disrespectful, and completely avoidable. If you have Delta Dental or any other provider—do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend this dental office and will be making sure others are aware of this terrible experience.
