Don't go here and if you do request to record the service so you can document the aggressive extraction, because I got my lower wisdom teeth pulled in the military and they were so gentle. You will not receive the same service at this location. The surgeon was yanking my head in every direction like it wasn't attached to my body.

Kept getting my lower lip stuck between my teeth and her hand tools and ended up cutting my lower lip.

Had a horrible visit today for what should have been routine cavity fillings. Let's go back to March 14th. We had a 3pm appointment for cleanings for my kids. They call the night before to change it to noon to accommodate for the dentist's travel plans. In order not to lose the appointment again (which they've done before on at least 2 occasions and one took another 2 months to get in due to their scheduling), we change to noon and pull the kids out of school to accommodate their plans.

As a result of this appointment, the dentist (whose name I still don't know since she didn't introduce herself- I just know she's Indian) finds a couple cavities, and we went in today to get them taken care of. This is the first time we had this dentist- they swap out dentists routinely so no continuity with the same one. To condense the story, today, this dentist doesn't check in on my son being ok periodically, and it's only until she is done that I realize my son is crying from the pain and tells me he has felt the entire drilling- he had toughed it out as the numbing shot only started working once she was done and the nitrous didn't do anything, he said. . .

As he's crying, the dentist starts to explain the aftercare, and I cut her off upset asking for a tissue as she doesn't acknowledge my son's pain. She directs her assistant to get towels since there are no tissue or towels in the room, and leaves without providing any aftercare instructions or excusing herself as she leaves. She was in a rush, and just did not care. Very upset at this experience as the quality of care was just not there.

I’ve been going here with my kids for many years. The service is much better now. The staff is friendly, the spaces are clean, and very short wait times which I appreciate. We were in and out today. We had a good experience overall. Keep up the good work!

I needed to have several damaged teeth removed. From the first time in the office everything went smooth as can be. Everything was explained well, the staff were friendly and courteous. Dr.

Bruno was wonderful. She completed the first phase of my treatment plan less than an hour ago, and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to getting the rest of the treatment done. I'd happily recommend to anyone needing dental work.
