After reading so many reviews and visiting Dr. Miller office, I was pretty stunned by how many people were unhappy with his office. My daughter Brooklyn who’s just turned 7 years old became a new patient earlier this year. The office is very clean and the staff always made me feel welcome. The first visit- when I arrived they did inform me I couldn’t go to the back with my daughter honestly I didn’t mind at all. Children act different when their parents are in the room vs when they are not. Plus that wasn’t the first office who has that rule. I trusted them to do their job and Brooklyn came out smiling and walking like she owned the place lol like a kid. They showed her around while I spoke to Dr. Miller about her treatment plan. Dr.
miller sit me down and was very honest with me and we went over her treatment plan, he answered all my questions and made me feel like he was the one for the job. I liked how open he was and they made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. At Check out the front desk lady went over all the rules and instructions made sure i understood it all. Never rushed me for a payment and always was kind. We talked about an healthy diet and what snack wasn’t food for my baby teeth. One day I called the office because brooklyn was in a lot of pain and I was a little frustrated but it wasn't their fault anyways jessica the front desk heard my concern and asked if she could call me back . 5 mins later she called back and told me to bring my daughter in the next morning and she had spoke to the manager. That showed she cared and they cared. She also give me instructions how to care for my daughter while in pain. My daughter needed surgery at the hospital now of course this was scary but sad to say not the first time my daughter was put to sleep for her teeth but was my first time at the hospital. Dr.
Miller staffed made sure me and Brooklyn was took care of I honestly was surprised I didn’t cry when they took my baby back. Brooklyn turned 7 just 3 days after her surgery Dr. Miller told me she would be okay and she was. She healed perfectly with his instructions I followed. The staff sent home a happy birthday card signed from the nurses at the hospital, that really touched my heart and I didn’t see it until I got home and opened the after care instructions. When i arrived at her post-op visit today again the staff was friendly and kind. Jessica put on that tv because some children including my oldest were in the waiting area. Dr. Miller came and said hello told me everything was great with Brooklyn. My experience here was been amazing and I will be coming back.

Unfortunately, the level of Professionalism was quite disappointing. My Grandson received care from Dr. Miller which included him having a Tooth Extraction and a Pedi-Partial; although it was short lived. He was scheduled to have more work done and was experiencing some pain, yet he was not a priority. Upon our visit, his Temperature was slightly elevated and a reread was planned.
After I attempted to Hydrate him, I was told there is no drinking allowed and that we had to leave. I refused to leave after abruptly being told to do so and eventually the Police Threat was verbalized right before they were called. Upon Newton County Sheriffs Offices arrival, they too seen how untactful this Dental Practice was. I think it was a Dental Hygienist that called, and her level of disrespect was unwarranted. Eventually the reporting officer warned her to hush it or be arrested for continuing to disrupt an active investigation (plot twist).
This Sheriffs Officer confirmed what we already had been experiencing from Dr. Miller (his patience as a dentist for children was compromised), as well as with one of his workers by stating that they have gotten calls in the past from this office while encouraging us to find care from another doctor.

My grand daughter just left her with her poor little mouth and lips shredded and bleeding and they acted like nothing happened. This child's lip is split and swollen and bruised , I would not suggest you take an animal here much less a child.

I had one of the worst experiences at All 4 Kids Dental Group. The level of unprofessionalism was truly disappointing. The doctor for the practice whose name they refused to provide canceled my children’s appointments and refused service based solely on her personal feelings. Her negative energy and disrespectful tone were completely uncalled for, especially in a healthcare setting. It’s unacceptable for a medical provider to deny children care because of their own attitude.
The reviews and ratings here definitely seem misleading, as my experience was far from what’s reflected. I would not recommend this provider to anyone, and I’m in the process of filing a formal complaint. If you value professionalism and proper medical care for your children, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
