AMAZING!! It was my sons first visit to the dentist and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The staff is amazing, super clean and just all around great. They made my so feel so at ease. Would highly recommend!!

The staff is super friendly and very patient as I filled out the new patient stuff. It was very clean and nice looking inside. This was a very first check up and cleaning for a soon to be toddler. They are deff experienced with new very young patients. I was a little unprepared for my child is huge on stranger danger and letting people they don't know touch them.

It was deff hard on the child and I also for the actual teeth counting and cleaning (which I wasn't even sure we'd do today, but we're able to accomplish). BUT to know that all teeth and gums are healthy and that they are getting in the very last baby teeth and how to keep them and the gums healthy for the future was a huge plus. At the end we were given some goodies and my little one walked out like nothing even happened with some pep in their step. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease and trying to make sure that the Baby and I both were doing good!

Highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and very efficient. Was happy to be able to attend to all 3 kids even though they were in different rooms, because their set up allows that with open rooms. Kids were not nervous and place was clean.

I am incredibly happy that I found this place! I took my 2 daughters (ages 6 & 8) to the East Greenbush location for the first time last week. My 6-year-old was nervous (having never been to a dentist before) but we were greeted with smiles and an offer to play the arcade games in the waiting area (which we were assured are wiped down between uses due to the pandemic. ) We had interactions with Ashley, Sue and Dr. Park; all were so delightfully personable and accommodating in every small thing.

Dr. Park was SO patient and explained every step to my girls (and me) before proceeding and made me feel completely comfortable when I asked about spacing out x-rays (which has not been my experience at other places. ) Our last dentist's office had reported 3 cavities for my 8-year-old, saying they shouldn't wait to be fixed. Dr.

Park was so professional about delicately informing me that the new x-rays were clearer and that there were only 2 cavities that were tiny and may never need to be fixed (as long as they don't get too much bigger before those baby teeth come out. ) My girls were so comfortable, smiled and laughed a ton, saw puppy pictures and heard stories related to the recent power outage in the area and received small prizes for their good cooperation. When we got back to our car, my 8-year-old said to me, "How about we come back here every time we have to go to the dentist?" We all easily agreed that we had found our spot! I would very highly recommend this team to others.
