We arrived for our appointment with our little guy and were told we could not be in the room with him to have his cavity filled after specifically discussing this previously. We had declined to have him sedated so we could be in the room with him to alleviate the fear of the dentist. He previously had a mock visit, xrays, a cleaning and we were ready. I arrived and was told I by an assistant that i could not stay in the room. I explained that this had already been agreed to. Dr.

Moran didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to me. No apology, no explanation. Basically, this is the way it is regardless of what was previously agreed to. We will not return and will seek a new dentist who holds up to agreements made with patients.

Dr. Moran and his group are amazing. Broke my tooth when I was two and my parents got lucky finding him. I've been with him for 24 years and unfortunately it's time for me to move on soon, as I'm by far one of his oldest patients. He is the type of person you would wish for as a father.

He's so kind and his hygienists are so friendly. He also is incredibly skilled as an orthodontist. My front three teeth are fake and no one believes me.

We have been coming to this practice for the last 9 years, and everyone is fantastic, doctors, hygienists and people at the front desk. Bridget, one of the hygienists, is amazing with my son who has a pretty bad gag reflex. He has had procedures done there in addition to regular cleanings and we have never had a bad experience! -M.

I feel so lucky to have found this pediatric dentist! They've turned something typically dreaded into a calm, easy-to-endure experience for young kids. They meet the kids at their comfort level and stay calm and cheerful through the process. The hygienist got my 4 year-old to stay still for some of his x-rays and a full cleaning.

They also managed to clean a few of my 1 1/2 year-olds teeth without getting bitten or totally traumatizing her! Also - my kids think the waiting room is lots of fun! I'd definitely recommend.
