Best dental service I’ve had in my 29 years! I have had 5 dentists throughout my life, Dr. Mali easily beat every single one of them. I’ve never had such a smooth and meticulous experience before. She’s very gentle and attentive and, despite moving out of state in 2 days, I will definitely be flying here to come see her again for the rest of my dental issues.

Also, I had another urgent issue the night of my actual visit and she was able to address it during our visit. Also, their dental assistants and reception staff are very nice and welcoming and professional.

My cleaning at Alliance was excellent. The hygienist was thorough and kind. She was gentle and thoughtful. I have been a patient of Dr Kapoor for over 20 years . My family has benefited from his excellent care since they were children . It is comforting to know that Dr. Kapoor decided to stay in East Longmeadow. I am happy to see his success with his practice. I recommend the practice highly .

I had the most amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. ~ Every interaction was filled with warmth and reassurance. The time was taken to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions without rushing.

I felt completely at ease, which is not something I can say often about my dental visits in the past. The office is modern, clean and beautifully maintained, which only adds to the overall comfort of the experience. I highly recommend!

Dr. Kapoor and his staff are so caring and kind they always make me feel comfortable. Not all of us enjoy going to the dentist, but of all the ones I have used, he and his staff always make me feel the most at ease. My last visit was an emergency and they made the time to squeeze me in to their busy schedule to give me the care I needed and assuring me I would be ok.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kapoor and his lovely staff for your dental needs.
