Unprofessional!! The front desk, Very rude and disrespectful to the clients I have had a very bad experience in this location I would not recommend going to this place. I would not even give a star rating just because I have to post it here I have to give the rating.

I would like to begin by acknowledging that everyone I interacted with was kind and courteous. However, I would not describe the overall experience as professional. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 10 a. m. , but was not seen until 11:15 a. m. After my X-rays, I was informed that the surgery could be performed that day. I was then sent back to the waiting area and, approximately 20 minutes later, called back in and told that the schedule had changed and my surgery could no longer be done that day. I was advised that I could return the next day at 2 p.
m. Unfortunately, due to a storm that caused a power outage at the Stockbridge location, I received a call that morning informing me to drive to the Atlanta location, which was nearly an hour away. Although this was inconvenient, I was willing to make the drive as I needed the surgery. I spoke to three different people that morning, each of whom assured me that the Atlanta location was fully informed of my situation. However, upon arriving about 10 minutes early, I was informed that the doctor was not present at all that day, and the surgery could not be rescheduled for another two weeks. At this point, I decided to seek care elsewhere. I also encountered further issues when attempting to fill my prescription. I was told that their paperwork did not meet government standards, which led to multiple trips to both CVS and Walmart, where I faced the same issue. Eventually, I spent an additional hour in the office while someone tried to resolve the issue with CVS over the phone.
This could have been avoided had the paperwork been up-to-date, and it was frustrating to have this extra complication. In addition, I found that their paperwork lacked essential information, such as the correct address for the location, which only added to the inconvenience. Given the series of events, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially when it comes to critical procedures like surgery. I will be filing a formal complaint with HR. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning for further care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the experience for future patients.
