HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The dentist was wonderful however the front staff were inconsiderate and rude.

We were called the DAY of the appointment saying that needed to reschedule then they said they could squeeze us in only to wait for 2 hours before they came out and said they werent able to keep that appointment either! Then I was able to find another dentist on a whim and called the day before to get copies of her records there and was told by OLGA i shouldn't had waited the day before her appointment to call!

Never really had an encounter with the dentist but i just want to say how unprofessional and rude the receptionist is. Anyone who works at a desk/receptionist should know what a customer service is supposed to be. As soon as she answered the phone, through answering the questions and until we hanged up, she was so rude and giving us an attitude like we are bothering her with all these questions.

We were ready to set up an appointment when we called but we just chose not to because of her sour attitude.

Xrays were taken and that was all. The dentist didn't do any exams, just looked at my teeth and said I needed a deep cleaning, which could be possible because my prior dentist didn't do good work. They tried to get a 2nd cleaning fee and a deep cleaning fee from my insurance, which they declined. Insurance says they only need to get the deep cleaning approved without a 2nd cleaning claim. Needless to say, they didn't change their request so it was never approved.

Now I get an invoice for $65 in addition to what my insurance paid. I never mind paying my bills but the dentist didn't do anything and I'm sure what my insurance paid, covered the x-rays taken. I'm paying the $65 under protest.

The fist time I went to this dentist I was very impressed with Dr. Mac. He was great, so I thought. However, every visit since has been a terrible experience. They have been negligent and outright ignored procedures that needed to be done. They have even billed my insurance for procedures they didn't do.

They refused to help in many areas. I cant tell you how incredibly disappointed I am with this office. For a business that grows based on referrals and word of mouth, they truly do not care for their patients at all. I would definitely not recommend this office to anyone.
