I get in at my scheduled time with very little waiting. The staff is friendly, always smiling and very good at their job. The dentist always asks if you have any questions about the procedure he is about to do and has always willing to take time to answer them. I am very happy with them doing our dental work.

I switched to Allison Family Dental because I wanted to feel like a person, not just a client, and I am SO glad I made the switch! Dr. Harbaugh and his staff have truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their services. I had a cosmetic issue with a service after I left the office and they immediately brought me back in and made it right, even though the tooth was fully functional and they had not made a mistake.

I received quality, professional dental care with a small town feel at Allison Family Dental. I highly recommend giving them a call!

Dr. Harbaugh does such great work! His staff are all so amazing and so nice! He never fails to get me in when I need it no matter if it’s busy or if I am in pain. He listens very well to what his patient’s need and is always willing to answer questions. I highly recommended Allison Family Dental for all of your dental needs!

We tried to like this dental office. They did manage to squeeze me in for an emergency fix. From there it has been a downhill experience. They are *extremly* pushy about setting up appointments. Bordering on Harrassment with Back to back phone calls and even going so far as to call from different numbers? Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Yet, If you yourself call to reschedule you will be guilt tripped for what's not their preference. They are a family dentist, I get that. However also being judged and chastised like a child for cursing after taking a needle to a nerve for the first time in 5 years? Not nessicary. I already deal with enough bad experiences from dentists. Guess I'll add another one to the list.

So unless you are a perfect little patient who never has anything happen, this ain't the place to bother spending money. They aren't even open on Fridays and it seems like atleast once a month the dentist is gone on extended weekends, shortening to *even less* availability. I tried to support local. I really did.
