From Susan to Denise to Dr. Mastro himself, my first experience at this office was great. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly (apologies for not remembering everyone’s names—I interacted with a number of people).

Their equipment is state of the art and the music they play is both fun and soothing, just like the staff. I’m actually looking forward to going back, which is the first time I’ve ever said this about a trip to the dentist.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. David Mastro and the entire team! I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time, and I was nervous about getting my teeth fixed. From the start, they were welcoming, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I had some complications after some fillings and ended up with an abscess. They took me in immediately without any delay and fixed the issue with care and expertise.

What really stands out to me is that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being, not about money. It’s clear that their priority is the patient’s health, and they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you’re taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who is professional, compassionate, and truly exceptional.

Dr Rainoff addressed all my questions and concerns with clarity and kindness. I appreciated the personalized attention I received which made my experience and procedures much less stressful. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology ensuring Dr Rainoff was able to provide me the best possible care. The office staff were also exceptional.

This is a very sophisticated but local dentist office. They use text messaging to make sure you never miss your appointment and you’re ready to go. They follow up and send you all kind of special thank you gifts for visiting their office. My dental hygienist was Porsche as she did amazing job.

And had my teeth cleaned it over two years and she made it such a smooth experience. Is my first time going and I plan to be a loyal customer as long as possible. Highly recommend.
