Aloha is not your typical dental office the staff and dentist are all friendly, professional, and kind. The dentist takes his time explaining options as well as as sharing his advice on pros and cons of each option. The dental assistant are all very kind and professional in how they go about their business. The front office staff are very patient and compassionate as well.

The whole experience I had was wonderful. I don't really enjoy going to the dentist because of what it means for my mouth and my wallet, but at least Aloha makes you feel like you matter and are important to them.

Dr Ostheller is a professional and detail oriented dentist, trying his best to respond to his patience needs and provide the best quality in his work. From tooth fillings and root canal, bite correction and entire set of implants with zirconia crowns, he has done them all impeccably. Got a lot of compliments and people can’t even tell that they are all crowned and not my originals. I love and trust Dr.

Ostheller’s work and expertise and I’m really happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr Ostheller and trust his work.

I went to Aloha Dental to have a new set of dentures made and even though it has been 2 years, they have failed to provide an acceptable set that I could wear without them falling out of my mouth. Initially, 3 different impressions were made and each time they came back, they were the wrong size and fell out of my mouth. Then Dr. Ostheller suggested that we use the digital method for my impressions and even though this was performed twice, they still could not provide plates that fit. It shouldn't have been so difficult. I have no teeth in my mouth so the impressions should have been an exact fit. At most, to obtain a set of dentures, should not take more than 60 days, possibly 90 days total. It has been 2 years and still I am no further than day one. Shortly after I started going to the clinic, they submitted a bill to my insurance company and were paid for the original set, which I never did receive due to them not fitting. Two years is an extremely long time to be waiting for dentures, but each time I went in, I was told that next time they would be ready.

Obviously that was not true. In September, I called to make an appointment because no one had contacted me in two months time. The receptionist mentioned that another impression would have to be made on my next visit. By then, I had had enough. So I declined to continue with their services. Since then, my insurance company has now lowered the monetary payment threshold for dental from $4000 down to $2500 for 2025. Since I have had to wait for 2 years, I now cannot go to another dentist and obtain a new set because $2500 is not enough to pay for them and I do not have the means to pay the difference at this time. I contacted Dr. Ostheller through email and asked him to send the ill-fitted dentures to me so I could take them to another clinic and have them modified to fit. This should not have been an issue since my insurance company has already paid him $3800.

Technically, whatever plates he has, should be considered my property. Unfortunately, Dr. Ostheller has failed to respond. Thank you so much Dr. Ostheller. I would never recommend Aloha Dental to anyone. My experience has been a nightmare.

ABC XYZ

2025 Update: Two beautiful front crowns! (This makes 5) Thank you !!! 2024 Update: Root canal done & a new crown (my 3rd)! Perfect everything! If you are looking for a great dentist and a friendly clean office, go here! Also, my bite is perfect with the new crown and it is a perfect color match to my older crowns that he didn't do! I love Aloha Dental, my dentist the owner and his staff! He made 2 new crowns for me last year . They are beautiful! No problems. He took great care with the lab and myself to make sure they matched the color, size and shape of my existing porcelain crowns, which were made by a dentist in Beverly Hills with the exception of one.

They were 20 yrs old so I need to replace them all, but doing so all at once isn't an option for me. We came up with a treatment plan that I'm comfortable with and I'm getting two more crowns replaced this year!! I'm getting pre-authorization right now. We're doing my front two teeth, since I totally trust him and they are showing signs of failing! I highly recommend Aloha Dental for cosmetic crowns and regular cleanings and exams! The staff and doctor is always calm and make you feel welcome right away.

I commute to see my dentist because he's worth it to me!
