Just found the name of this place. I was here years ago and I don't recommend anyone going. This place is terrible, first they numbed my gums and completely forgot about me. I sat in that chair for an hour or so before they even came to check.

Next they broke the extracted tooth taking it out, it wasn't until it healed that I noticed they left the entire root still intact. Now I have to find an oral surgeon to extract which I'm procrastinating because im afraid. now I cringed at the thought of a dentist every 6 months. If I could give negative stars I would

Dr. Latifa was a god send. I broke my tooth completely in half eating a ritz cracker chip, crazy right? Well I drove a hour and 30 mins to alpha dental from Lansing because no one had appointments near me. I was able to be seen 2 days after my phone call when all local offices were scheduled around a month out.

Dr. Latifa is so kind and very meticulous and intelligent. I haven’t been to the dentist in going on 15 years! Dr. Latifa fixed my tooth by performing a root canal, she was extremely patient with me and did a phenomenal job! Thank you so much and I will definitely be back and will be telling my family and friends as well! The experience was definitely worth the drive!

I had a crown put on here and it was the old metal ones from the 90s. It fell off like 5 times after they put it on! I would not recommend this place to anyone period!

I should have listened to the reviews and avoided this office at all costs. It’s hard though because it’s one of the only dentist in the area that accepts Medicaid. My teeth were not cleaned properly. The dentist destroyed my gums with the dental scaler. The scaler never even touched my teeth. She just jammed it into my gums and very quickly. She was in a huge rush. My gums were left bloody and bruised while my teeth were not even touched.

My teeth were never polished either. They billed my insurance for the cleaning, so I can’t go somewhere else to have a proper cleaning done without having to pay out of pocket I’ve read reviews and others have had the same exact experience. I think we need to do something. I left the office traumatized. So when she said we were all done, I checked out while trying to hold back tears. I just wanted to get out of there. I felt assaulted.
