This place sucks. Twice my appointment got canceled. They told me that when I arrived. Didn’t bother to call me. The dentist owner is rude. The only reason I come here is the cleaning lady. She is the best and very careful.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this location that I feel compelled to share. As a new patient, I came in to have a filling done after accidentally pulling it out while biting on something. I was hopeful for a positive experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The initial filling felt rushed, and although they checked my teeth and found no cavities, I was pressured into getting two crowns and having a wisdom tooth extracted. I was skeptical but went along with their recommendations. However, just a week and a half later, the filling became so loose that a simple yank could have dislodged it completely. When I returned to address the issue, the dentist informed me that the filling was too large and insisted that I needed a crown.

I explained my situation, emphasizing that the filling can be done properly without needing a crown, but the dentist became visibly upset and dismissed my concerns, reminding me of his 30 years of experience. While I respect his expertise, his demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. In the end, the filling was done correctly during this second visit, but the lack of attention to detail was alarming. The dentist failed to remove the articulating tape from my teeth, leaving blue residue all over. To make matters worse, he didn't even turn around to inform me that he was finished. The assistant, who had been working in my mouth with suction, also neglected to clean my teeth afterward. As I was discussing next steps with the receptionist, no one mentioned the tape still stuck to my teeth, allowing me to walk out of the office looking unkempt.

Overall, I found the level of professionalism at [Dentist's Office Name] to be severely lacking. While the final filling was done correctly, the experience was marred by poor communication, rushed service, and a general disregard for patient care. I hope this feedback helps improve their practice for future patients. I will be seeking dental care elsewhere.

Needed a new dentist, driving by and stopped in. Accept my insurance,very friendly and got me in for a cleaning within a week. Hygienist awesome.

It was my daughter’s first time going to the dentist. The staff at Alpha family dental PC made her feel extremely comfortable. They took the time out to explain everything they were going to do to her as she was really nervous and kept saying she was afraid. At the end she left with a bag full of goodies and a big smile on her face. Thank you for all that you do
