HORRIBLE DR! I went in for fillings and had to bring my daughter (2yr old) with me…. she started to cry and I asked if I could put her closer to me and he refused while doing work on me. Then he started making comments “you need to leave your kid at home next time” then telling his DA “you should have left the kid up front” “I’m frustrated” so I told him I would leave and he refused stated he’s “almost done” but continued to make comments while I was in the chair…. i told him not every woman has someone who can just watch their child for them and I would leave I started to tear up and as soon as he was done he didn’t say anything to me just walked away and I grabbed my daughter and started walking to the front he instantly shut his office door.

The dr is a coward for making his comments while I was helpless in the moment! If I could I would give 0 stars. Since the Dr. decided to reply and try to lie. Let me just say Dr.

the whole time while my daughter was crying you continued to make comments to me while I was helpless in your chair. Please do not lie by trying to make yourself sound better. If my child was not allowed maybe the front desk should have acknowledged me when I walked in and said something BUT THERE WAS NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR GREETING WHEN WALKING INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I first went to Alsip Dental after the pandemic. The staff and doctor were great. I needed a filling redone and teeth cleaned. I was going every 3 months for 18 months with no complaints. I referred a friend and my son. The friend said the receptionist was rude and she finished her service and didn’t go back my son had his teeth cleaned, he said they were prejudice. I had a cleaning a couple of weeks ago and the reception’s attitude was unprofessional and I told her that.

The dentist came out of his office came over to the area where we were and just stood there he didn’t say a word. I said she is something else Doc and left . A week ago my cap came off . I called the office and left a message explaining what I needed I never received a call from them this is confirmation. I will look for a new dentist. My previous dentist retired I had been going to him for 30 plus years.

I like the dentist and all. Just wish they where open on Fridays and Saturdays. I work Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:30 pm. They use to be open on Fridays and Saturdays.

Horrible establishment and should be under investigation due to lack of care and unprofessionalism. I came in for tooth pain and ended up getting my wisdom tooth and another tooth removed (for whatever reason that wasnt explained) and I’ve been in unbearable pain for 2 weeks and counting. I can never get a hold of the office to get a solution and they won’t prescribe me medicine to ease the pain.

During the extraction of my tooth the dentist was visibly upset with his assistant due to her inability to follow his simple directions. I should’ve known then they weren't a trustworthy establishment. If i would’ve checked the reviews I would’ve went somewhere else because most people who reviewed them are not satisfied and all you see is them trying to defend themselves instead of owning up to their mishaps and providing solutions
