Dr Fields has been my dentist for over a decade. He’s done everything from cavities to crowns to bridges. I’ve gone from not wanting to smile to being able to enjoy smiling. Very professional and great staff. I used to travel an hour to see Dr Fields because he is the only dentist I trust to do everything in a pain free manner.

This place is very unprofessional. My daughter was seen here today. When the dentist came in and grabbed the needle to numb her, she asked could she have just a moment before he stuck the needle in because she was very nervous. He tells her that she has a harpoon in her nose (nose ring) that is not medically necessary but yet she is not worried about her teeth & then he walks out and refused to do her root canal today.

She acted the same way when getting her nose pierced. Instead of him telling her to just open up or he wouldn’t do it, he just walks out and sends in his assistant 20 minutes later to tell her that he refuses to do it today. My daughter came out to the front window and was talking to the lady at the front desk about rescheduling and she was telling me what had happened. I told the front desk lady that was very unprofessional of him, she said very rudely, “Well you don’t have to reschedule with him, it’s his business and he can do what he wants” I told her to refund the $643 that had been paid but she refused and said it would take a few days to get the payment back.

Refused to give a copy of the x rays today so that she could take them to another dentist.

Hypergaming

Nice people (at the desk) but bad business they also (never) pick up their phone. I recommend you to just go somewhere else it’s really terrible they are way too unprofessional. Humongous downgrade from my original dentist big mistake.

C Roakes

Had bill that was late I will take fault had to be paid by certain day. Called and called to pay on phone with no answer. Drove from Lynchburg to pay to find office closed.

When talked to them it was all my fault even though there phone message to date still has office hours Monday - Friday and this is my fault and being dismissed as a patient because I got upset for wasting gas and they wouldn't take anyone owners of hours being changed and message still says they open. Poor business management! Receptionist not fit to work at place that interacts with the public.
