They made a mistake and charged me the wrong amount on my last visit, and then threatened to take me to collections if I didn’t submit a payment either in person (not feasible) or over the phone to them by the next day, with 5 minutes left in their business day. I’m not comfortable giving my credit card information over the phone, but I felt like I had to because of their mistake. Thank you Altima Dental. Reply: I didn't have a direct deposit option, so I'm unsure how you charged me incorrectly anyway.

NOTE I also had come for a check up and you guys booked me in the wrong type of appointment as well thinking I wanted to do a graft/implant - so I didn't even get the check up in the end for this!! I was in and out within 5 minutes when you didn't have a hygienist ready for me. You charged me for your mistake, and then mistakenly billed me incorrectly, followed by threatening collections on me. I'm so disappointed in the clinic.

Most people don't look forward to going to a dental office but if they went to my Altima Dental office location they might! The staff, both administrative, hygienists and my dentist, are stellar! Professional, attentive, personable and fun! In terms of my dental care, I feel like a partner in my care and feel heard regarding the level of care I'm comfortable obtaining. My last two visits were full of laughter built in around 'getting the job done'.

I went to Altima Dental based off on the reviews on google. The staff is accommodating and friendly. I went in for a cleaning and personally did not feel like the dentist was gentle. I did appreciate the extensive check up that was done. However, immediately after my cleaning the dentist asked me to leave a 5 star review on google.

The dentist then told me the dental office sells Oral-B electric toothbrushes so I decided to buy one. When I got home, and opened the toothbrush box I found human hair inside the box. The office did offer to refund the money, however, due to hygenic reasons I will not be going back to this office again.
