Linda is not professional and not good for this company. Everybody is so nice and professional minus her. I had a voice mail today after work from Linda saying I needed to call her back. Maybe next time explain why you are calling in a voicemail and change your tone to a happier one. When I called her back her first words were I need your payments! I was unaware of what payments you needed.

We are making payments and cannot pay them off til we get our taxes so you need to wait and chill! Second you need to change your tone again. Third you put me on hold and I was waiting over three minutes and then hung up cause time is money and you were wasting mine so maybe I should charge you? Fourth I got these bills in the mail Monday; I haven’t opened them til today to see what you were talking about; I don’t open mail til Friday on my day off when I have time. Some of us are busy and suffering financially. Mail the bills out MONTHS ago when we switched insurances if you need the money that bad; be better at your job… Fifth; how can I owe over $500? I am on my last tray and have been before we switched insurances… Lastly; Angela; do not call me back for my one year check up. I am done with your office because of her.

I will call when I need a new tray. I’m not making any further payments til I see all receipts from both your payments and ours. Thank you.

The idea of braces and the expense of it is very overwhelming but they made affordable financial arrangements with us. It’s also nice to know up front exactly what the cost will be. The staff is always kind and I am aware of exactly what is happening with my children’s teeth (I do ask questions).

Also, the convenience of them being in Chilton, meaning my kids miss as little school as possible is priceless. I’m glad you’re here.

My husband and three children have all had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amato and staff while having braces. They are always very friendly and accommodating. They worked with both of our insurance companies and set up a payment plan for the remaining balance that was easy to follow.

The boys loved the punch card system that rewarded them for good dental habits. Our youngest son will be done with his braces soon and we will miss seeing them.
