If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first and definitely last visit to this dental clinic. There was a mix-up with my appointment time, which could’ve been a simple fix—but instead, I was met with one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. The office administrator spoke to me in a loud, condescending tone, making sure everyone in the waiting area could hear.

It was humiliating. Rather than calmly clarifying the situation, they escalated it with unnecessary back-and-forth, raising their voice as if I were being scolded. Their behavior was not only unprofessional, it was completely out of line. There was no courtesy, no attempt to handle things with discretion or respect—just a loud, hostile attitude that left me shocked and deeply uncomfortable.

This clinic does not foster a welcoming or respectful environment, and I would never recommend it to anyone. I walked in hopeful, and walked out feeling disrespected and dismissed. I won’t ever return—and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting their care to a place that treats patients like this.
