As local guides, it is our responsibility to help the community in deciding what businesses are safe and reputable. After reading reddit posts from a man named Ryan Manning who had a terrible experience with paying for dentures and having multiple teeth falling out of them, all within a month or so of each other, and being asked to pay hundreds of dollars to have them fixed, I knew I had to come leave a review to help others in the area stay away from this office. They may or may not do reputable dental work, but they most certainly did not treat this man fairly. When you pay a ton of money for expensive dentures, the dental office should back up their product.

Clearly there is some kind of flaw that needs addressed. This reddit post is gaining traction and you can expect more outrage and bad reviews. Until this man gets justice I am leaving 1 star.

This dental place in Wyomissing was good. I believe they just do root canals but the entire staff was professional. The financing part was the exactly the same amount that my insurance sent me. Believe me when I say that I've been given different amounts before with other dentist. They were also able to get my future appts.

done with their other locations without me having to keep making phone calls to those locations. Easy is deal with. I do not like one of their locations so I suggest one does their homework to insure proper treatment.

This review is solely for Dr. Hsu the periodontist. Caitlin, the hygienist was absolutely amazing. Erica, who handles the insurance, is fabulous and extremely helpful. Dr. Hsu has the bedside manner of a potato and is the worst surgeon I have ever experienced in my life and I’ve had nearly 20 surgeries.

When I arrived for the procedure he did not properly document for the assistant to numb my entire mouth so the whole thing started with a massive needle with numbing medicine being injected into raw gums without any numbing or prep. The surgery was a disaster. The follow up was worse. I was to have a graft and frenectomy. Fast forward two and a half months and I am at another periodontist in the practice that has to redo the entire procedure. I went to a consult with Dr.

Hsu and he confirmed that I needed another graft but that he could not do it for six more months because he only operates on the left side of the mouth. My initial graft was from the left and he does not operate on the right side of the mouth, personal preference that I have never heard of before, and neither has any other doctor. The graft is gone primarily due to the fact that the frenectomy was NOT done and the frenulum is again pulling the tissue. Save yourself the hassle and find another periodontist. The doctor at the location in Pottstown is amazing.

Christina was my hygienist and she was AMAZING! She was so bubbly and fun to talk to and my teeth haven’t felt this good in so long. I’m usually against going to the dentist due to bad experiences but this was easily my best visit.

The doctor came in and talked to me about what was going on and gave me so much advice and gave me treatment options immediately. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to switch dentists!
