Bad experience. Staff 4/5, Dentist 0/5. Arrived early for 8:15 am appointment for painful tooth problem. Waited 2 weeks for appointment. Not sure if the staff realize patients hear and listen to their background conversations, HOWEVER, we do!! Apparently the dentist was running late that morning. (Understood, could happen to anyone) When the dentist actually saw me though, he basically referred me to their Oral Surgery department.

He stated that I need to have two teeth extracted and never even assessed the pain I was experiencing. He literally spent LESS THAN 2 MINUTES with me. He told me to start an antibiotic and NEVER even asked about the degree of pain I was having with the tooth in question. Antibiotics are great for bacterial infections, but will do nothing for ACUTE PAIN!! I have been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. It was obvious to me he wanted to catch up on his falling behind appointments. After I got out of chair, I actually waited in lobby LONGER for him to sign the prescription for antibiotics than his evaluation.

Never offered anything for pain which was reason for visit. As I don't take prescription pain medicine, it would have been nice to at least be offered something or even a temp filling in the least to help reduce the continuing discomfort. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and will utilize a different company for any necessary extractions. When patients visit the Urgent Care I currently work at for dental complaints seeking referrals, I will only recommend who they DON'T visit!! I wish I could provide a better review.

I called American Dental Solutions as a new patient and with an emergency dental situation. I was given an appointment the very next day, and the new patient paperwork was emailed to me to complete before my appointment. The Dentist -Dr. Anzar took care of my dental issue that day.

I was treated promptly and professionally. I will continue to go to American Dental Solutions for regular dental care.
