I am unsure what even happened here? I came in early as my instructions stated only for the staff to arrive after me. I and several other patients were waiting for a while. Seemed we were all scheduled for the time the clinic opened? I never had that happen before. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. I sent in my paperwork and thought all was fine till I was told AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME that it wasn't, and they'd have to charge me more by someone who was rather rude. If given the choice, I'd never come here again.

I would have canceled my appointment or tried my best to fix whatever was wrong with my paperwork AHEAD OF TIME. What even is the purpose of sending things to them weeks in advance if they don't view it or communicate issues BEFORE I waste my time coming? I'm so frustrated and annoyed. It is extremely unprofessional all way around. Edit response to provider: I have 0 wish to return to this establishment or be in further contact with you. I gave you what you need to fix this for FUTURE clients, of which I will not be a part of. 1) Do not schedule a bunch of clients for a time when the clinic opens and your workers are just filing in and expect them to be 15 minutes early when no one is there.

2) Review all sent in information PRIOR to appt time and discuss any issues PRIOR to appt time. 3) Train staff on professionalism when there are issues. I'm not sure why someone was annoyed with ME for my scans not being clear from the previous dentist. Especially when I was not told previously there was an issue. I have nothing further to discuss in regard to this matter.

I had a great experience the first time i was there.. the doctor and the person who took the ex-rays were great... they helped me when i was in pain... and got me back in to see them fast... and explained to me what i needed the next time i was scheduled for my upcoming appointment..

Extremely unprofessional. I see other reviews and wonder what happened here. We had an 8:30am appointment so you're told to show 10min early for paperwork. However when we arrived only one staff member was present and they were not able to check us in.

We sat in the waiting room with multiple patients waiting to be checked in and no other staff arrived after 8:30am. Then for context we came from another dentist office so we preemptively sent x-rays the day the appointment was made. Though once someone was finally able to check us in (about 15min after the appointment time) we were told the x-rays were not sufficient and wanted to charge to redo them. Why was this not communicated before the appointment? It seemed almost as if the paperwork was not reviewed until just that moment.

We had to cancel on the spot as this should have been reviewed prior and any issues should have been communicated appropriately. One staff member was very rude to us and another patient waiting which solidified this experience.
