Sara and Kale and all of their staff are amazing! It literally feels like home when my boys and I go in for our cleanings! Everyone says hi to us by name and makes sure we are comfortable with whatever they have to do at our visits! I recommend every one to go to Anderson and Floyd dentistry!

Before switching to Anderson and Floyd, i always hated going to the dentist. Dr. Anderson and her staff have a unique way of making you feel calm and safe and a part of their family. My spouse has had a lot of dental work done and they are very calm and help us relax! I would recommend them everyday of the week if I could!

I got dentures for the first time and was told they would work on them until I was happy. I barely saw the wax ones but saw enough to know the teeth were the right size. then I get real ones and the teeth are twice as big as my regular ones. They look ridiculous. They said they do dentures a courtesy for patients. and They can send them back but their policy was they will not ask for new ones to be made. I'm on Medicaid so they would lose money on it. I have a bone ridge that I was informed today would cause problems with wearing dentures because of them. they knew I had this bone structure before they even pulled my old teeth but never even mentioned that I would have issues. there's solution was for me to pay out of pocket for a periodontist which I can't afford because we live off of my husband's disability benefits. the other solution was to drive two and a half hours each way to cedar rapids to have students do it which can't afford the gas nor is our car good enough to travel that much. the woman I mostly spoke to miss Floyd which is one of the dentist's wife was extremely rude.

told my husband to sit down. kept interrupting me and saying I need to calm down because I was upset and crying and they would not listen and they would not fix the problem when at the beginning they said that they would do anything. I'm sure they will chime in with something stating all this is not true which would not surprise me. I am very upset because I liked Dr Floyd he's really good and the staff was really good up to this point and when I got mad at Mrs Floyd and said she was rude and they wouldn't just give me my teeth back so I could leave they started being rude. So if you are on Medicaid definitely don't go here because if they screw up you stuck with the teeth for 5 years. Teeth that my bottoms I can't even put in without severe pain. and the tops that don't work and cut into my gums so I can't wear either. But their solution is to just hand me off. also I repeatedly asked for Dr Floyd and he couldn't even give me the courtesy to come talk to me. I'm sure because of what his wife was telling him. until the very end I had to sign a piece of paper that I would not be back. and then she asked if I wanted to talk to him.

and why would I want to talk to him since she is his wife and I'm sure told him a lot of crap. So I was so happy at first but now this is one of the worst experiences and I have teeth that don't work and was told to go somewhere else because they do dentures as a courtesy. so if you go there ask a ton of questions so they don't screw you over too. and to Mrs Floyd you have got to be one of the rudest people I have ever met you made me feel like crap. that because we are low income we are not worth you guys making this right when I'm sure you make plenty of money. And you could have afforded to make this right. I'm extremely disappointed and I am still in tears for having this experience. Mrs Floyd you need to learn to have a little bit more respect for people in the way they feel. And definitely don't talk to other people like you talk to us today. My husband will not be coming back there either.
