I’ve been going here for years and I must say Dr. Lasky has made me HATE going to the dentist. He has the worst customer service skills! He is very rude and rough and has no empathy for his patients who are already in pain! My last visit was the last straw! If he didn’t have such an amazing assistant, I’m pretty sure he’d be out of business by now for his lack of professionalism! I’m still baffled that he told me I was wasting his time because I wanted to weigh my options on whether or not I should get a procedure that I had no intentions on getting same day solely because I have horrible anxiety when I comes to him and needles (and it wasn’t a necessity nor were any of my teeth rotting)! In fact, he never even told me what was wrong, he just suggested i get a tooth pulled because i already made an appointment and i was “wasting time and his money”.

Before we even started i informed him that i only wanted to do a price inquiry and for him to let me know what was wrong and what my next options would be. He literally forced me into proceeding with something i told him i was not comfortable with and i am furioussssssss! I am 24 and I am literally petrified of the dentist office because of Dr. Lasky.

Do not waste your time! I found a new dentist literally an hour later!

Absolutely terrible. Went in to update bonding on my front tooth that I had done 15 years ago. It looked better before Lasky touched it than after. When I asked him to straighten out the bottoms of my front teeth (as he had made them crooked), he started making the shorter side of the tooth even shorter. I stopped him to point out which part of the tooth needed to be evened out and asked him if he understood what I was saying. He said "nope, not really.

" then kept grinding my teeth down making them even more crooked!! Horrifying. I immediately went to another dental clinic to get a second opinion and the dentist pointed out some cracks in the bonding as well as that Lasky used a color that was yellower than the rest of my teeth. . . basically we need to redo the whole thing. I called Lasky's office to let them know what a terrible job they'd done and they offered to have me come in again to fix it.

. . Why would I go back? So he can ignore what I'm saying again and shave down my teeth/make them more yellow and crooked than he already has?? NO THANKS. Steer clear.

Dr. Lasky and the staff are lovely. I feel as though the office has a cozy familial energy. They are also extremely professional and efficient. I felt like I was in great hands. Side note: I have my wisdom teeth fully grown and in my mouth without issue.

In the past, denists have suggested I get them removed. Dr. Lasky just let me know I am lucky I had space for them to grow in. I think that goes to show he cares about helping with your care and not make money doing unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Lasky does great work and will not try to add services you don't need and won't over charge. I've tried other dentists and feel like Dr. Lasky is much more honest. The dental assistants have been there for years, obviously for a reason, and are really nice people.

Update: Dr. Lasky has made extensive investments in safety for patients and employees as they have reopened. They are doing great work and I felt very safe going there.
