Dr. Habib is the doctor you trust. She give you honest and professional opinion. I am not accepting any other doctor in her office to see my kids. The office is very nice and the waiting time not bad.

came to Angel Family Dentistry for cleaning and check up since my dental plan changed and I needed to find new dental office. I had no issues whatsoever. Dental hygienist Britney gave me the worst and most painful cleaning I’ve ever had. It felt like she was pulling my teeth out. She was being so forceful with metal sharp instrument that she pulled my crown loose. Dr Habib tried to cover it up by telling me it must have been loose when I came.

Which is totally not true. She had to cement it back, telling me that if it falls off, Im going to need new crown. I had this crown for few years and never had any issues with it, and I go for routine cleaning and check up every six months. In addition I got gum infection since Britney scratched my gums during “torture”. This was a really traumatic experience.

Honestly I wanted to give this 5 stars. I really really did. The experience at the office was incredible. Everyone, from the front desk to the assistants and the doctors, everyone was so calming and understanding. They could easily see how nervous I was after having a traumatic experience years ago getting a tooth pulled. When they had to do the same thing for a new emergency appointment, they couldn't have done more to make me feel better besides maybe actually holding my hand.

However, when I got to my pharmacy to get my antibiotics and pain meds, nothing had been sent. Unfortunately they do not have an after hours service for issues like this. For me, what was a mild panic and a call to primary, could be really scary for someone else. Especially considering how important they stressed taking the antibiotics.
