Extremely expensive. I enjoyed the care received however my adult child, who no longer lives at home, missed her appointments. I understand their choice not to see her but the dropped my entire family as patients. I did not take my husband's last name and that caused confusion too. We had been going there for over 10 years.

I am completely disappointed. We were not notified we were dropped and found out when we showed up for our appointments. I still disappointed with their unreasonable and unrealistic policies.

Never go to them for dental cleaning. I called them for an apt for a dental cleaning. I did not have any problems but since I had not had a dental cleaning for a couple years I wanted to get it done. No insurance and I would be paying cash. 1st visit, they put plastic cards in my mouth and made my gums very sore and bleed for the next 3 hours. The tech said my teeth were in great shape, just need cleaning.

Paid cash. 2nd visit, the tech did a cleaning but said I needed another visit to finish cleaning. Paid with cash. 3rd visit, another cleaning, then Angela looked at my teeth and said I would need another visit for some fillings, which was opposite what she said on my first visit. As I was paying cash again, and leaving they tried to get me to agree on a 4th visit, and I said I got the service I came there for, and I was done. Paid all 3 times with cash.

Over $600 for all 3 visits. I got receipts. Alot of cash to just get a dental cleaning. Never again. Over $600 and 3 trips for a dental cleaning job is outrageous, and the pain from the 1st visit still gives me nightmares.

If you have medicaid they make you feel like you are beneath them, they won't take care of you properly unless you are paying cash or have good insurance. It's sad that they are the only place in Martin County to except medicaid. To get my son taken care of I had to drive 45 minutes. We need better for Martin County.
