I was a patient since we moved to Michigan and had no insurance coverage and paid out of pocket for services. Always paid bills on time. Always went in for regular check-ups and cleanings. Even brought my little baby here - under a year old. And the way this office treated me was inexcusable. I called and explained multiple times that I had a toothache and was a breastfeeding my son, so I couldn't take loads and loads of painkillers. I was in pain, in excruciating paint. I couldn't sleep.
I was sitting up all night holding ice to my face. I was crying in pain. The office just ignored me. I called the dentist directly after a week, because it was an emergency. She showed no concern for my situation and brushed me off for another weekend. I showed up in her office for the appointments and THEN she took the time to listen to me and get this: without even looking into my mouth she said, oh, you should go to a specialist, you need a root canal. Wow. Thanks.
That advice could have been given over the phone. ANOTHER day was spent in pain. The way you trust a person and then they treat you like that after all the years of business you brought them. Unthinkable. My family and I have made a choice to seek medical services elsewhere, where patients are still valued and their pain matters.

Dr Sandberg has been my dentist for over 25 years. Her expertise and professionalism is far above the scale! Not once have I questioned her professional ability! I highly recommend her and her staff!

As a new patient, Dr. Sandberg was so kind and caring, she made me feel completely at ease and took great care of my dental needs. Her office is very clean and cozy with ample parking. The office staff and assistant we’re very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that they took my insurance and made the entire visit a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Sandberg and her staff!!
