After having many bad experiences with dentist, I met Dr.Ganness. She was very patient, kind and worked very well with my two teenage daughters. Employees were very kind. Peaceful office. I recommend to everyone.

I normally wouldn’t write reviews, but I have never had such a horrific experience on a phone call with a profession before. I had called for an emergency and all they could say to me was there’s nothing we can do for you because insurance reasons on top of that speaking over me and not coming up with a solution instead, I got hung up on. I have never experienced something so ghetto from an office before I work in dental myself and the way that they carry this office is disgusting. I would never advise anybody to come here.

A front desk receptionist is the eye of an office and they have a disgusting receptionist the most rudest people probably I’ve ever encountered with. It sad that the medical field is changing and it’s becoming such a difficult experience for anybody to even make a simple appointment I advise nobody to come here. They’re a perfect example of disgusting and ghetto.

Dental office is at a convenient location but the entire staff seems very uptight. Specially Veronica at front desk, she probably takes a special pride for being very tough, making simple things difficult & always ready to blame! Dr. Ganness could be good but seems overwhelmed, maybe too many patients.... so Guys please look for some other dentists so the Doctor could relax a bit!
