I am giving Dr De Andrade a perfect 10.

I am 64 years old with a panic of dentist worse than a child ( unsure why)! Anyway I broke a brand new veneer off of my front tooth, somehow I fractured my bone in my upper gum! I had not had any physical activity for this to happened but my dentist sent me to Dr De Andrade - Peridonitis specialist! After the second treatment to take out all fractured bone and put in a bone graft I was put under anesthesia because I could not emotionally handle this surgery! Dr De Andrade was so compassionate and understanding to me that I wasn’t embarrassed and he did the bone grafting and stitches in less than 2 hours under anesthesia! He was great! 2 weeks later I had to have my gums checked for possible infection or not grafting but everything went according to plan and Dr DeAndrade’s PA assistant: Steven removed my stitches very gently because as I said I have major anxiety! He even numbed them for me first! They had a female nurse in there with me advising all that was going on at the time and her name is:Nella whom I super appreciate! Then there is the front office woman named: Amber who is a delight! She is constantly smiling and no one in this office has attitude or gets upset! My appointment was at 10:30am and I got there at 10:25 and they took me back at 10:29, they are always on time! I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes and everyone in that office are very professional and compassionate people from the main man - Dr DeAndrade to the front desk woman! I love these people and I have a lot of work to be done so I will be using them! If you have anxiety or are afraid of dentist and you need special treatment I’m swearing to you to at least try him once and believe it on your own Thank you Dr DeAndrade! Dr. DeAndrade is so polite and professional. He keeps the attitude in the office calm in the face of some patients who may not like the "dentist." This is not me, I just want to say I wish I could have laughed but your hands were in my mouth, so this was a bit difficult. My dentist referred me to Dr. DeAndrade for periodontics procedures. Before arriving at the office, I was a little nervous. However, after I arrived my nerves immediately began to subside. The office was clean and very well kept. His team was friendly and welcoming. The office is well run and timely.

Dr. DeAndrade is warm and professional. He is detailed in his explanations as was his team. The process is very well organized with excellent communication between the Dr, his team and me. I was well prepared for my procedures and knew what to expect before during and afterwards. The results were better than I expected. Not only did the treatment help my teeth and gums, the side effect was a more youthful smile!

As I believe Dr. DeAndrade may be experienced in his trade, I have significant issues with his business practices. I understand that it is a company that is in business for financial purposes as well as for treatment of its patients. But this office puts money over the proper care of his patients.

His billing staff seems clueless on how to connect the services with your insurance provider. Therefore you may not be properly treated if the insurance company doesn't provide the the check before services are rendered.
