Went to this dentist a few years ago. Without a doubt the worst dental experience I have ever had. Impatient and has a temper. Would not send my worst enemy to this place.

I have never had a Doctor or a Dentist yell at me before. I mentioned that I was nervous about needles. They gave me the topical(?). I was expecting a couple minutes to feel a numbing before the needle with the novacaine would be used. I was lying down saying how a root canal seems scary with the process and with out even saying anything about getting the needle or "okay we are going to do the novacaine now", He brings the needle in my line of vision.
I brought my hand up saying "oh I wasn't expecting that before my mouth felt numb. " He raised his voice in an angry tone " Put your hand down! I have been doing this for a million years. Don't ever tell me how to do my job!" All of this being said as he is giving me the novacaine. The minute he was done I started crying. The nice hygenist who was still in the room tried to give me a tissue and explain away his behavior by saying "he's just a grumpy old man" and I said " That is not good patient doctor bed side Manor.
He shouldn't yell at a patient". As I was leaving and still crying the nice receptionist asked what was wrong, I told her the whole thing and she just said " oh my. I'm sorry". I would Never recommend this Dentist. I would give zero stars if it was an option!

I haven't been to this dentist since around 2006, back then they didn't have Google reviews. I haven't been able to get the terrible experience I had out of my mind since. The hygienist there is a very nice woman as was the poor dental assistant they publicly berated in front of me, and whoever was in the waiting room. I initially went in for a filling and was sitting in "the chair" waiting. The door to my room was open and the dentist and his wife were both yelling at this poor woman (the dental assistant) who had either been late or had called in the day before.
Either way they went way beyond the traditional reprimand and went straight to public humiliation. Such matters should of been handled behind closed doors. After what seemed like 20 minutes of yelling at this poor girl, he started drilling in my tooth. After some time he proceeds to tell me that it couldn't be filled and I needed a root canal. His wife eagerly came up with the figure of money they wanted immediately in order to proceed.
I don't know how many hundreds of dollars they wanted but when I told them I didn't have the money at the time for that procedure he left my tooth with a gaping hole in it and said he would finish it when I came up with the cash. I never went back to that dentist again.
