I have had two separate dental issues treated at Anzur Periodontics. Everything from the initial consult to the follow up check up could not have been easier. The entire staff (front desk, billing, pre-op and periodontal doctors) were friendly, helpful and professional.

The best part of this was ensuring I was relaxed and had no pain or any discomfort during my procedures. Anzur could not have been better to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire team works together to create a smooth, on-time, visit. Any questions are answered, and all procedural costs are explained beforehand. Forms could be filled out ahead of time, online, which also helped the entire first visit run smoothly. All of the staff are polite and friendly. I had to have a gum graft done. They were very thorough, did great work, and I am happy with the result.

The building is very clean. There were always plenty of parking spots available. I was able to bring my kids to the initial consultation- but I did ask ahead of time, and they were happy to bring in a chair for them to sit on. I did not bring my kids to the procedure though, which was my decision.

If you are experiencing a true dental issue, and are in pain, DO NOT try to get in with this office. Back in March, I was having issues with my gum around tooth #12. My dentist gave me a referral to this office. I called the same day (in March,) and the "earliest" they could get me in was June 30th!! I asked if there was any way they could get me in sooner since I was in pain. I was told I would be added to a "list," and if anyone canceled, they'd call me. Well, either no one ever cancels there, or the list is mighty long, because in the 3 months until my appt, I never heard from them.

Luckily, I was able to get in with a different periodontal office. Turns out, I had a serious infection which took 2 rounds of antibiotics and an extraction to handle. I don't want to try to imagine if I had tried to tough it out to be checked out by this office. So, this office may be great for cosmetic work, but stay the heck away if you're actually having issues.

I just recently had a gum graft and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was very nervous about getting this done because I had seen other people’s not so great experiences online the week before. This was nothing like what I had seen online, it was actually the complete opposite! To start I was greeted with a smile from the lady at the front desk.

All of the staff members were professional, kind and easy to be comfortable around. My Doctor was an absolute joy and did the procedure in less than 20 minutes. I was nervous that I would be in tremendous pain just like the people in the reviews I had seen prior, but was pleasantly surprised with how simple and easy the entire processes was.

It is now almost a week after and I feel great! So happy I got it done and beyond thankful for the amazing staff that helped me out last week. If anyone is nervous to get a gum graft like I was, do not worry! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. Huge thank you to everyone involved!
