Took my son to the Dentist for the first time and it was a horrible experience, he was 5 at the time and scared and wouldn’t stop crying. He’s 6 now and recently lost two of his baby teeth. I was nervous about taking him again for the second time but Apple Dental was amazing. The moment he walked in and seen the balloons and just how kid friendly it was he got excited and less nervous immediately.

The staff were nice, the Dentist was great! My son didn’t cry at all this time! He even told the Dentist she was beautiful and gave her a hug lol at the end he got a balloon and toothbrush. My son loved it there and I will be taking him there from now on! Thank you.

There are many things wrong with this facility. I have had wait 6 months for an appointment. I arrived 30 minutes prior to the appointment, the wait time was ridiculous inside the room waiting for the dentist to become available to start the procedure we waited for an hour and a half. I went to complain and nothing was done. They just rescheduled me, because i didnt want to continue waiting for the dentist because he was taking care of overbooked patients first.

Seriously, why scheduled an appointment here, if theyre not going to take care of you on the time you were scheduled. They just drugged my 3year old with some kind of gas to calm him down, but the dentist never showed up. my child was building up so much anxiety that he was screaming, it turned out to be an awful experience for him. How unprofessional is that?! The staff is rude especially the assistant dentist and would benefit on getting better training with working with children.

A few days ago, I had an appointment at the dentist. I was immediately greeted by a lady who I believe was named Candida. Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she was also incredibly efficient and helpful throughout my entire visit.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant, and the quality of care I received was top-notch. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for exceptional care.

When you call for scheduling and the Aby answers the phone, she will tell you that your child has to hold the pain till August , because that is her next appointment. Aby you are very rude. I hope that Apple dental care keeps a record off all this phone calls and maybe do something about it.
