Apple Dental came highly recommended to me and I can see why after my first experience being a patient. I want to start by saying that Dr. Punanty, Dr. Patel and all their staff truly go up and beyond what I expected. They are extremely knowledgeable and they also know how to keep a patient at peace who has been terrified of going to the dentist.

I personally found their environment to truly be a peaceful one and they walked me through every option that I had to solve a problem that's been ongoing. They took their time with me to make sure I understood what my options were and then when it was time to have my procedure done, they made sure that I was completely comfortable. They took their time to make sure I understood what they were doing as they went through the procedure and they made sure that I was as comfortable as I possibly could be. The next day I was pleasantly surprised that I got a follow-up call to see how I was doing and honestly I really feel that they truly set the standard for dental work. Everyone in the office is absolutely outstanding and they truly do work with you even if you don't have dental insurance.

They make sure you know all of your options and no matter what you elect to have done they truly make sure that you are a priority. I highly recommend Apple Dental and I am truly satisfied with the top notch service that I received at their office.

Dr. Punaty and her staff are the best. I honestly can't say enough how helpful, honest, informative and gental they are. I had neglected going to the dentist for awhile. And going back I had some issues, but Dr.

Punaty worked with me, and with my insurance. Spent her time with me thru several appts in order to get me back to where I should be. I'm grateful for her efficiency as well as her staffs. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to the office for my daughter, the reason I went with Apple dental was because my nephew was going there for years. I took my daughter abs addressed some concerns to her dentist about some stains on her teeth. Her dentist told me it was normal that kids get stains and just have me a certain toothpaste for it.

When I took her back at the month mark, I told her that her teeth weren't getting better, all she said was to keep using the toothpaste. I decided that day that I would not take her back there anymore. Today I take her to another dentist and they tell me that the stains were actually cavities and now my daughter needs all these procedures because they are so bad!!! If they would of done something when I first noticed it she would not be going going through this!! !! It's like they don't care for the patients concerns.

5 stars, 2 thumbs up! Dr. Punaty and all of her staff are wonderful! I have a bit of a phobia getting any work done on my teeth but the team is always understanding and takes the time to explain what to expect next. They are good in checking in with me to make sure I'm not feeling any pain throughout the procedure, because I tend to tense up 😩. I also have to mention that the staff is very good at checking their voice-mail. Any time I've had to leave a message , even on closed days, Dr.

always calls me back within a reasonable time frame. The wait time is almost non existent, I've never had to wait longer than 2 min (if that!) to be called back to be seen. The office and procedure rooms are also well kept and clean. Definitely recommend Apple Dental to anyone looking for a friendly, gentle, new dentist with kind staff.
